This company built my home in 1997 and I have had
1. Two water pipes leaked inside the wall
2. No gas hood or vent over gas stove top
3. No vent over gas fireplace
4. Did not grade front yard (very uneven)
5. Did not grade sides of the house at an angle (water flows to the house)
6. Graded back yard to drain across neighbors backyard, Our house flooded 3 times after the pool was installed because the side yards have NO drainage whatsoever.
7. Garage foundation poured poorly and is cracked from house.
8. Driveway had settling from poor installation (needs to be replaced)
9. And the absolute worst!!! Dryer vent was 20 feet OVER code maximum. That means my family was being exposed to carbon monoxide. It took 2 years for us to figure out why our dryer took sooo long to dry the clothes. We bought a new one in the first year, had all the vents cleaned, and we were at our wits end when a contractor told us that the builder ran the vent up the the second floor and across half the house THEN out the roof! We have fixed that problem BUT like all the other things the builder would only say that " it sounds like the city inspector didn't do their job" WHAT ABOUT YOUR JOB? To build a safe home? 128b92b
